Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

We fulfill and ship orders within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. Once the order is with USPS, there is an estimated 3-6 business day arrival time. There is no guaranteed arrival time + order may exceed 6 business days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. 

We do our best to get orders out in a quick and timely manner! Please reach out with any questions!

DAMAGED ITEMS: if you receive a damaged item, please email hello@valor-violet.com within 5 days of delivery to sort it out. Please include a photo of the damage/defect, as well as your order number.

LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts.
